1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://morewindows.io, or by subscribing to our services including the WindowREV™ Operating System, Google Ads Management, Local SEO/AI Search Ranking, or Meta Ads Management, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

These terms apply to all clients, including those on the WindowREV™ Only plan and those utilizing the MAXX Bundle.

2. Definitions

• "Agency" refers to MoreWindows.

• "Client" refers to the window and door contractor or business entity purchasing services.

• "WindowREV™" refers to the AI-Integrated Operating System provided by the Agency, including the Leads Pipeline, Sales Pipeline, Project Pipeline, and AI Communication Hub.

• "Services" includes the licensing of WindowREV™ software, as well as managed services such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Local SEO.

3. Services & The "Foundation First" Policy

MoreWindows adheres to a strict "Foundation First" architecture. You acknowledge that:

1. Infrastructure: Access to managed advertising services (Google Ads, Meta Ads) often requires the implementation of the WindowREV™ infrastructure to ensure lead capture.

2. Scope:

   • WindowREV™ Only: Includes the CRM, 24/7 AI Receptionist, Unified Inbox, and Pipeline tools.

   • The MAXX Bundle: Includes the full WindowREV™ system plus managed Google Ads, Social Ads, and Local SEO services.

3. AI Usage: You acknowledge that the 24/7 AI Receptionist will interact with your potential customers via text and webchat to qualify leads and book appointments. While the AI is trained specifically for window and door data, the Client accepts responsibility for monitoring these conversations.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Ad Spend

4.1. Management Fees vs. Ad Spend

For clients subscribing to the MAXX Bundle or individual ad management services, the monthly fee paid to MoreWindows (e.g., the investment for the MAXX Bundle) covers management, strategy, and software licensing only.

• Ad Spend is Separate: You are solely responsible for all direct advertising costs paid to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook/Meta). These charges will be billed directly to your credit card by the respective platforms.

4.2. Subscription Terms

• Recurring Billing: Services such as WindowREV™ ($897/mo) and the MAXX Bundle ($1,997/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• Payment Failure: Failure to pay the monthly subscription fee may result in the immediate suspension of the WindowREV™ system, including the AI Receptionist and lead pipelines.

4.3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription by providing 30 days' written notice.

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the software installation and the immediate setup of the AI infrastructure, MoreWindows does not offer refunds for partial months or past services rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

• Software: WindowREV™ and its underlying code, AI training models, and interface remain the exclusive property of MoreWindows. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software while their subscription is active.

• Client Data: The Client retains ownership of all customer data (leads, contacts, project details) generated during the service period. Upon termination, the Client may export this data.

• Creative Assets: Ad copy, graphical creatives, and "Before & After" ad formats created by MoreWindows for the Client’s campaigns are licensed for use during the active contract term.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, HighLevel, Twilio). MoreWindows is not responsible for:

• Suspensions or bans of your ad accounts by Google or Meta due to policy violations external to our management.

• Downtime or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

• Changes in search algorithms that may fluctuate ranking positions in Organic or Local SEO results.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoreWindows provides marketing strategy and AI infrastructure designed to increase lead flow and revenue. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of window installations, sales, or total revenue. The Client understands that marketing results can vary based on local competition, seasonality, and the Client's ability to close sales appointments set by the AI.

In no event shall MoreWindows be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the WindowREV™ system.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
